Just checking in.

Oh hai, friends. Your girl has started school again, and you know what that means. Er, well, lots of things.

Yesterday was an inservice day, and today was the first day back from break for students. I, of course, was not ready, and I didn’t help myself much by leaving my laptop/bookbag at home. How did that even happen? But, today went surprisingly smoothly, and I’m determined that I’m going to assume that that’s what will continue to happen.

This will be short, as I–go figure–have a lot of work to do before bed. However, one of my non-resolutions is that I’m going to take care of my body before anything else–as in, I’m going to get more than 4 hours of sleep a night, regardless of what does or does not get done. Which means I have to leave you now. Hope your week is going well.
